I treat people who are six weeks postpartum and people who are sixteen years postpartum. The body responds to good care at any stage. If you have symptoms that started after a pregnancy, even years ago, there is still work that can be done.
What to expect at your first visit.
Your first visit is 60 minutes. We talk through your pregnancy and birth history, your symptoms, and your goals. I assess your core, breath, posture, and pelvic floor. From there we build a plan that may include hands-on treatment, scar work if relevant, core retraining, and a home program. You leave with a clear next step.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in pelvic health, orthopedics, dry needling, visceral manipulation, and concussion rehabilitation. I treat every client like the only client on my schedule, because for that hour, they are.
