If you have been told to ice it, stretch it, or just live with it, you have not been treated. Orthopedic physical therapy at Enhance PT looks beyond the painful joint to find what is actually driving the problem. Then we fix it.

Pain rarely lives where it shows up.

A knee that hurts is often a hip that does not move. A headache is often a neck that has been compensating for years. The fastest way out of chronic pain is to find the system that created it and rebuild from there. That is what I do.

Dr. Bethany Reuter, DPT, owner of Enhance Physical Therapy in Stillwater, MN

Hi, I am Dr. Bethany Reuter.

I started Enhance PT because I was tired of watching patients get rushed through their care. After years in traditional clinics, I knew there was a better way to practice physical therapy. One where the person on the table actually came first.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in pelvic health, orthopedics, dry needling, visceral manipulation, and concussion rehabilitation. I treat every client like the only client on my schedule, because for that hour, they are.

If you have been brushed off, told to just live with it, or shuffled between providers who do not talk to each other, I want you to know there is another path. And I would be honored to walk it with you.
