Pelvic Pain Treatment in Stillwater, MN.

Chronic pelvic pain is real, common, and treatable. If you have been told your imaging is clear, your labs are normal, and there is nothing wrong, that is not the end of the story. Pelvic floor physical therapy can help.

Why pelvic pain often persists.

Pelvic pain rarely has a single cause. It involves muscle tension, nervous system patterns, breath, posture, scar tissue, and sometimes hormonal or visceral factors. Treating only one piece rarely resolves it. Treating the whole system often does.

What treatment looks like.

Hands-on manual therapy, both external and internal when clinically appropriate. Down-training the pelvic floor when it is over-tensed. Nervous system regulation. Breath and movement work. Education about pain science and how the body protects itself. Most clients see meaningful change in 4 to 8 visits.

Dr. Bethany Reuter, DPT, owner of Enhance Physical Therapy in Stillwater, MN

Hi, I am Dr. Bethany Reuter.

I started Enhance PT because I was tired of watching patients get rushed through their care. After years in traditional clinics, I knew there was a better way to practice physical therapy. One where the person on the table actually came first.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in pelvic health, orthopedics, dry needling, visceral manipulation, and concussion rehabilitation. I treat every client like the only client on my schedule, because for that hour, they are.

If you have been brushed off, told to just live with it, or shuffled between providers who do not talk to each other, I want you to know there is another path. And I would be honored to walk it with you.
